Well, my clubhouse feature as follow.

Private underground parking for visitor.
Kitchen with fridge (can't remember if they have stove or not but it is a full set kitchen)
Pool table, sofa, dinning table, and a soccer game table.
Outdoor pool, indoor sauna, big shower rooms (two separate showers with shower curtain)
cost $50 and need reservation.

you better check with the management about reservation or not because your building is new.
For some reasons, I misunderstood about Clubhouse  2 definition.  It thought you mean my clubhouse as clubhouse 2 = p so that's why i listed the feature.

I had a receipe from the restaurant I worked before..
They use mango 槳... On the Island,  I used to get that from whole sale but dunno if they have it in Vancouver....and I dunno where is wholesale in Vancouver
