hmm, retention department?
I have used fido since they first open business yet I don't have any contract with them.
I called fido few times, they refuse to let me sign a contract and keeping my current plan.
Apparently, I used this plan when I was still in school. My dad register this account for me with his VISA. Now that if I want to sign a contract with my name, I have to give up my plan because it's no longer valid.
Do you think retention department can help me on that? |
