Suppose you are a bear hunter and you get killed by the bear, what would you make of that?

And suppose I go to your home right now and put you in a cage, do you think I should be penalized?

You can see it as karma, or you can think of it as an inevitable result with a tiny probability.  In any case, it's a work related death and SeaWorld should compensate for her death.  But no condolence though.

What do you call that if it's not an accident? As far as I know, those are often called accident on the news.

Her job is like those trainers put their head into the crocodile's mouth.  No one can really predict what animal would do even the most tamed one as they thought.  It is sad that she die.
