年輕人希望置業
they want to buy, but doesn't mean they can afford it.
let say the average price is $300k, how many of 18至24歲 can have $30K for downpayment ar.  
for white guys, they usually move out after guar.  so they need to pay rent anyway.  if they loss their jobs, they can get ei, rent the house to someone else or just sell it.tofu 發表於 2010/3/9 17:34

People have different goals in different stages of life.
Maybe they just don't want a property anymore.

I don't want to get a property myself.
I enjoy the mobility I have.

yes they can change their mind any time, not necessary just at the time they saved up the downpay ...
