It is very dumb that the front train sending signal the the rear train to stop. what if the train broke down?
it should be the track giving "permission" to the rear train to "go".
this way if everything goes wrong, every the track signal broke, it won't send out the permission to the rear train.
it is a high-speed rail way. If the signal system is down, it should be SHUT DOWN before it fix, not manually operate, trying to catch up the schedule.
