RICHMOND (NEWS1130) - A woman is dead after being hit by a Coast Mountain Bus in Richmond this morning. Police say the collision happened just before 10 am near Cook and No. 3 Road.
The woman was taken to hospital where she later died of her injuries. Investigators are still trying to piece together what happened. The identity of the woman hans't been released pending notification of next of kin.
RCMP are asking anyone who may have witnessed this incident or was in the vicinity around the time of the crash is asked to contact the Richmond RCMP immediately at 604-278-1212.
I was going home around 1:30 today....and saw all the road blocks and police cars all around...i thought the bridge collasped or something thatz why they blocked it....but until now...i found out it was because of this......
i wonder whose fault was it...
the pedestrian or the driver.....?
