I wonder how he got his master's degree... doesn't maters need to do presentation and paper and proof of thesis? Communication skill is essential.

yes but you don't need to look at your professor when you do your presentation and since he got a stat degree, you only need to communicate in numbers and formulas

jobs where you mostly work and don't learn much tend to have higher starting salaries but future income is flat

on the opposite end you can start low but get a two digit raise every year as you learn more
