if there's only one point you know exactly which point it would be
there's absolutely no confusion there
with 61 points
the camera pretty much "composes" the photo for you
all you need is a donkey pressing the shutter button
yes AF is fast
but only if the point of focus is very obvious
say you are shooting a grid of coca cola bottles
i have no idea which bottle the camera would focus on
it might hunt for years |
