I haven't seen any cigarette lighter air compressor that filler the air moisture.    Anyhow, that's a good point.

If $7-8 / tire of nitrogen give you the piece of mind, go for it.    But why don't just follow us and check your tires once in a while.  The saving amount above basically assume you aren't going to do that.  This will give you the same saving.
