#12 floor may not have other building to cover the west facing windows wor.  Interesting they are all 01 units forsale in the same building.

Is rental really that expensive in Richmond?  >1k for a ~600sqfeet unit.  That's pretty expensive, I'm so outdated.

Haha.... the "exposure" means the direction of the main opening space. For apartment, of course it' ...

For facilities in older apartment, esp pool, it could involve a lot money in maintenance after 7-10 years.

Our apartment doesn't have much facilities and I don't expect myself to use them even we have it.  So we are good.
