i am using bell tv. they give 30% discount on our total bill. seem like they do it to everyone who ask for it. the good thing is they are allow you to connect up to 6 tv without additional charge and you can watch the same channel in eastern time as well(sometimes work better for us). customer service is ok, after you make the change, they can send you a confirmation email. so at least you have proof. tech support, depends on your luck la, just don't get stupid one, but at least they are all friendly. sometimes, they route their service to east asia. i think bell said they have the most choices of hd channels and best quality of hd pic.
you may better wait for promotion. last time they are allow new customer to exchange another company cable box to their cable box. ( i think shaw has the same service as well) if you are using bell cellphone, you can get discount on both.
using telus internet, don't like their services, but hate shaw, so choice. |
