the worst thing is they didn't mention on their website that everyone can only get one surprise special item.  so if anyone is prepare to get few items in order to save some money, sorry, it won't work.  that is totally ridiculous.  line-up is not a problem, but you need to let people know what are they line-up for.  i was not there, but feel sorry for the people who lined-up since last night.
like h&m, they told people ahead that you can only get one item/style.  if people still lined-up for it, it is their choice.

couldn't find the one special item per household message la.  "Limit of one per customer, per item" is only mean each customer can only buy one for each item.
yes, at least you got a free gift, but the funny thing is "intel promo only" is printed on the package or the usb.  didn't see the mouse & keyboard, not sure are they also freebies from other companies which suppose to use for promo that companies.
