yeah..it really depends on whether your area has a lot of ppl using shaw..if it does..then you are screwed....maybe your tenant downstairs is sdownloading a lot of crap everyday..haha
you can also do an online bandwidth test to give them the approximate figure that you are experiencing too and also mention u already tried all the methods available to resolve the problem on your side |
