The iPad is made in China wor.
So are the iPhone, iPod, MBP, and Mac etc.

the incentives right now is geteing tax exemption on the US side...but yeah unless you are buying electronics or high prices stuff..it doesnt really make a big difference for lets say like a same day or 1 day trip
