I had breakfast at the Boss (Metrotown) last week and the eggs they served were much different from the ones I have at home. The yokes tasted funny and they were pale creme in colour. There were very little egg white. I decided not to eat them, just to play safe.
Many years ago I saw some eggs labeled as 'eggs with 2 yokes' sold in Chinese grocery stores. I wonder if Boss uses this kind of 'special' eggs.
