basically there was a guy in the river naked
so the police was trying to approach him on the boat to see if the guy needed help or what
but for no reason he splashed water at the police and somehow found a rock and threw at them.

The naked guy then climbed up to the street and used a pole as weapon and was about to walk to the busy street
eventually police with shields and sticks arrived to handle the situation and the guy got arrested. At the end the naked guy was taken in for investigation
