so what trigger you to eat?
is it your brain tells you you are hungry so you eat?
or it just you tel ...

I usually just eat small food in between meals (like apples, crackers etc), just so I will not have the sense of hunger. As I found that, if I don't take small snacks in between, I tend to feel very hungry during regular meal times, and I will eat a lot, a lot more than I usually do, and that is actually not so goood for my body. |
