    yep, we've been there and like it, it opens from 10-5 daily.

and yes, the whole area (surrounding Oval) is going to be River Green.

my only concern is, too many mainland Chinese ppl lives there and someone might pee along the street

Sounds like I shouldn't even consider Richmond... anyone has comments about South Survey's new houses? We are looking at those at the same time, but probably we will go for those ones near False Creek at the end, can't decide yet as my parents don't have good impression about downtown or False Creek, at first they like Richmond because easier to get food, but after all your comments about the soft soil I think we should consider it, anyone second this?

pick a used apartment in central richmond, the pirce is more reasonable and more choices as well

oic... I personally doesn't like West Side too much, we chose Richmond for the convenience of eating out (for parents)... what other options do we have?
