香港, phone, company
我會stay HK 2個幾月，請問有冇人知香港d cell phone company 係咪一定要簽約？因為今次stay得耐，唔想用prepaid card！有冇介紹呢？thank you!

Last time I went back to stay 2 weeks, I almost spend $400 bucks...so I just wonder...
