Since when CHEATING CUSTOMERS becomes legitimate and acceptable in Canada?
I know it is common practice in Hong Kong , they weigh the water along with live fish and charge you the same, but in Canada???
The famous BBQ shop on Kingsway got shut doun by the Govt Canada for tempering the scale, it is illegal . Do you think it is acceptable that a restaurant advertise dim sum for $1.75 each and they charge you for 10 dishes instead of 7 dishes just because their price is lower than average?
