Yes.. You are right..and one side is from Mainland, one side is local. they don't agree each other..  and one group is Black background.

probably owe more than rent...if they are to run, they probably owe money to suppliers and the sta ...

They owe lots of moeny to fruite supplier.. one of them is at least $10,000

and for Parker place, they didn't pay for rent 3 months.  and I heard that they have around $100,000 rental deposit. so Parker place didn't lose much.  And Parker can take away the premises with all the furnitures, LCD...etc  so, they should be ok.. just need to find someone come in & operate.
