[其他飲食] [食譜] 今晚晚餐 - 白松露牛油薯蓉

今晚做了三道菜, 同大家分享.

1) 三文魚沙津.
做法: 買 romaine lettuce, cut 大段
加Olive oil, + wine vinegar ( I use Urban fare one) + black pepper
混埋一齊
之後, 加上幾片Ikea 買既 salmon 舖上面. 搞Dim.

2) 白松露牛油薯蓉
買左白松露牛油 都成幾個星期, 唔知點煮好. 試過煎蛋, 加落飯度.. 未如理想.
今次試加落薯蓉度.  好正.
做法: 加鹽大火Boil 2 Potatoes.  ~ 20-30 minutes.  冰水去皮泥爛.
加牛油同鹽Parsley, 再加白松露牛油2 spoon. Done.  

3) 免治牛炒粒.
做法: 免治牛 + soya sauce + onion + corn flour.  "Yip",
then pan fried + salt.  Done.   

A nice dinner for 2.

The one I bought is actually butter.  It smells is very strong.. so I only use a little bit otherwise will be too strong for a dish.

where to buy? heheeh  not in urban fair la.

I bought it in a cheese specialty shop on 2ave  (& Burrad).  right across Lotus.   that shop has lots of good cheese.. and also Truffle in a jar.. and truffe oil / butter..  cravier... etc.   all good stuffs.
