what's the difference from farming cow, pig, sheep, chicken , duck..etc   Whether or not how we feed them, how good we treat them, at the end, we kill them, cook them and eat them.
as long as we eat meat, we have to accept the fact.

actually, what he said is true too.
When you really compare the price, high class chinese food can be very expensive.  The way Chinese cuisine prepares and cook is more complicated than western food.  It can be very complicated and time consuming that not all chefs know how to do it correctly.  sigh.. just like chinese medicine la.
