Yea.. just be nice with cops here.  They will handcuff you until you calm down to prevent situation out of control.   That's not an arrested.

But for the fishery officer, what they did is totally wrong.  If they are right, then my friends and I would be ticketed many times, not mentioning there are so many illegal commercial fishing.  I think Mr. Yu will win the case for sure.

有D野係本質上有極大分別. 就係三權分立再加人權.
加拿大執法者執法錯誤, 受害人可以依法律方面還個清明同賠償. 政府唔會政治干預司法. 執法都唔可以.

ha.. I work in Vancouver, an International company.  Company has good policy against racism.  Also, I never experienced any racism problem at all.
