There is no body dead because this is a new building. no body moves in yet.

The reason for the collapse is because they dump the soil near to the nearby dike.  Which causes pressure to the dike and leaking water.  thus, the soil below the building's base is washed away.. so the building collapse.

1. 建築商        - 一定要負責
2. 市政府 - 如果批地出錯, 係唔應該起樓既地方批地, 就要負責
          如果事後不能依法處理, 就要負責
3. 共產黨 - 如果委任唔稱職既人做市長/市委, 就要負責
4. 中國人 - 咁又唔洗上綱, 我都係中國人, 我無錯..我唔認罪 (丁蟹語調)
5. 係社會既錯... 如果因為貪污, 而社會默認呢D行為, 就係社會既錯. 你最好問問Peter236, soli 之流.

唔知道"依法處理"會點判呢?... 塌樓壓死人, 建築商應該要負責; 市政府批地應該有規定, 跟規定就應該唔駛罰卦; 共產黨委任唔稱職既人做市長/市委, 可惜大陸係一黨專政, 真係罰唔到woh; 中國人有冇錯, 最好問Mr. T;  ...
