Industrial society think otherwise I suppose. I pay for my own food, pay for rent, pay for my parent's and friend's food sometimes, they say I could be more, meaning more materials? These so-called friends and family want you to conform to their industrial lifestyle, because they feel it's 100% right, they actually have anxiety over other people that are not them.
that is true, my father has traditional Chinese ideologies, he probably expect me to reproduce. you can call me weird, but ever since I was 4 years old, i had this notion that i would not get marry or reproduce. no homo, but again other people think otherwise due to their narrow-mindedness.

The only Canadian I've read is Douglas Coupland, not a big fan. non-fiction I like Ronald Wright's a short history of progress. I've been reading james lovelock and listening to chris patten on youtube though. this past governor likes to criticize the Asians, he certainly thinks the Anglo race is superior, but a very intelligent man.

speaking of 金庸, I can't read it anymore, I can't believe I used to like this stuff, the books are great, and the author is very well informed and it serves entertainment value, but way too much morality involved. 金庸 always put his main character on a moral high ground, I think i can't read it because it is trying to program me into this moral high ground character in real life, would not be practical. I can't accept 金庸 anymore after I've read Game of thrones. LOL.
