i think yi yuan (the one in the staples mall) should be quite good...
although the price is a bit expensive.. but they got an award for cooking the king crab ga..=w=

yes ar yes ar.. i think most places put garlic and steam or deep fry the other part of the crab...
but i think yi yuen has other ways of cooking the crab.. which i forgot what it was...
you can find it in on of the ming pao friday cook book~

my family has also been wanting to try yi yuen's crab.. we saw the crab in the tank.. it's huggeee!

yi yuen is in the richmond staples mall (opposite to richmond centre)
or another way of saying it is its the same mall as wong fu cheng, but on the other end..

it depends on how large the crab is la~~
i think 14lbs can serve at least 8 people?
correct me if im wrong=]

i went to yi yuen (the excelsior) yesterday to have wonton noodles.. and i saw their price raised to 14.XX/lbs
