Velocity is NOT an autox event. It's a performance driver development program put together by VCMC. Given the amount of instructional and seat time you get, it's nothing short of a phenomenal bargain.

I think only novices are eligible for prizes in the NCT series. In the VCMC series, everyone is eligible for prizes (so the novices are probably all out of luck~)
