中國遊客罵納粹 德國擬閉館

上海世博出現外國展館封館暗湧。繼捷克館強烈不滿園區管理而揚言閉館後，德國館首席專員也向上海世博局提出嚴厲抗議，指中國遊客因排隊不耐煩，多次強闖展館，並出言侮辱德國人是「納粹」，甚至推撞工作人員，情況「令人不可容忍」。他稱，若員工等安全問題未能得到保障，德國館將「無限期關閉」。

德國《南德意志報》引述德國館首席專員施米茨（ Dietmar Schmitz）指，由上海世博 5月 1日第一日開園至今，德國館就出現多宗不愉快的事件。以開園第二天為例，由於遊客要進入德國館排隊需數小時，當中包括一些坐輪椅的參觀者，但部份脾氣暴躁的遊客排得不耐煩便開始鼓譟，從花壇裏拔出鮮花扔向德國館，並試圖從貴賓通道衝入展館，被工作人員阻止後，他們便以普通話大喊德國人「納粹」，其後推撞工作人員，甚至發生打鬥。

施米茨在 5月 2日致上海世博局的投訴信中表示，上述情況「令人不可忍受」。「我親眼看到我們的工作人員在展區內被人出言侮辱和人身攻擊。」他在信中要求世博加強展館保安，保障人員安全，否則德國館將「無限期關閉」。

「並不是所有的中國人都圍着展館喊納粹，只是小部份人。」德國館發言人孔然蒂（ Marion Conrady）昨日接受香港電視媒體採訪時說：「大家一對德國不高興，就很容易想起我們的歷史，例如就我們過去歷史說『納粹』這個字眼。」她稱，當日發生衝撞事件後，館方立即要求世博緊急服務中心支援，武警到場後平息打鬥事件及控制人群。

「我們不是唯一憤怒的」

孔然蒂稱，類似的混亂情況在園區內普遍存在，「我們並不是唯一憤怒的一個（館）」。據悉，同樣位於 C區的英國館和瑞士館也曾出現推撞情況，英國館因此曾一度短暫關閉。她表示，德國館的工作人員大多能說流利的普通話，為免遊客排隊煩悶，工作人員也經常和他們聊天說笑。二次世界大戰時期，希特拉領導德國納粹黨專政獨裁，當時德國被稱為「納粹德國」，因此「納粹」一詞成為後人批判冷血、獨裁的字眼。

上海世博開幕至今問題多多。除中國遊客爭先恐後、不守秩序等最為人詬病外，園區管理錯漏百出。

Gee... between the two of us, I wonder who is in a greater need to upgrade their English. And while you're at it, you might as well try to upgrade your logic a bit. It shouldn't be hard to see any improvement since yours is so poor to begin with~

It is true that you did not deny the news as false, and I never said you denied it either. But by having the conditional clause there, it is plainly obvious to anyone with any sort of common sense that you are questioning the truth of the news report, that you are suggesting it might be false. And that is what I was mocking and ridiculing you about.

Now, is your English so poor that you couldn't see that?

Borrowing a page from you, I'm gonna say this -- just answer me plainly and simply -- a "yes" or a "no" would suffice. Do you think the news is true?

Is this news true or not? Honestly, I don’t know. However, it doesn’t matter. The important point is that I had made my position very clear – if it is true, I wish it can make headlines on every Chinese news paper and it can be beneficial to China as an opportunity for a nationwide 國民教育. Haven’t I made myself clear? Do I need to restate it in Chinese instead of English?

If you think about it, those so-called copied German cars, are just similar in appearance, but the parts are not the same.

But these highspeed trains in China are all high-quality. They are running reliably and smoothly. Their performance are among the best in the world.

But these Chinese trains are among the best in the world in terms of reliability and performance. The Chinese now has the most advanced highspeed railway network in the world. The design of the stations, the railway tracks, the signal systems implementation are all leading the world.

The biggest and most extensive in terms of coverage, yes. The most reliable mechanically and service-wise? I am quite certain that honour goes to the Japanese. I remember reading that their bullet train's QoS is so consistently excellent that their actual arrivals and departures are always within a very narrow margin of their advertised schedules.

I wonder if I should go look up some 河蟹號 failure incidents... I remember seeing quite a few all over the new just a few weeks (or months) earlier...

The Japanese trains are reliable. They claimed they are always on time for decades. But it is very suspicious. Most likely, the Japanese are just hyping.

The sections of Chinese highspeed railway systems that are newly opened, still have some teething problems. More new sections will be opened every year. But the reliability and quality are still top notch.
