The Chinese are using biotechnology to clean up the oil spill.
This is another attempt to nit pick and bash the Chinese due to jealousy as China is rising so rapidly.

An attempt by the Chinese media to divert the attention away from their own Dalian oil spill which is killing 200x more people~
The Gulf of Mexico oil spill has already been capped off as BP put a new top hat cap to stop any further spills, and the relief well efforts are proceeding ahead of schedule as well.
The Chinese-Dalian oil spill is still in trouble.
