Quebec has its share of rampant corruption as well. But compared to China, it doesn't even compare to a chip off its iceberg, man.
You don't even have any sense of size and scope...

由其是係家陣地方去收人土地嘅時候，你知唔知道佢地係點樣「賠償」俾受影響嘅人架？所謂嘅賠償簡直同強搶無幾大分別㗎咋！
