依家係buyer market, 好多盤,而且有d 人開始減價.
我唔要market value,我要good deal.
今次無心搵foreclosure, 只係咁o岩佢個價錢ok,位置ok,收租ok,所以想去睇o下.

其實今個summer唔係特別淡,只係2009果個summer特別旺..
今年其實同正常summer 差唔多,不過同最旺最旺o既舊年比就會變得好淡...
hst 都唔係好關我事,因為我買o黎租比人,唔會睇新屋..

professional services 一向要比GST,依家變o左比HST
但係home inspection, lawyer fee, appraisal fee 加加埋埋咪最多$2000
個HST 同GST 都唔係差好遠
要買o既人都唔會話差果少少而唔買

哈哈..打漏o左個" 's",唔該哂
依家見到d 盤o既DOM (days on market) 愈來愈長,好多開始減價.
有d 唔肯減價就就佢自己expired 或者terminated

The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV) reports that the number of residential property sales in Greater Vancouver totalled 2,255 in July 2010. This represents a 45.2 per cent decline from the 4,114 sales in July 2009, the highest selling July ever recorded, and a 24.1 per cent decline compared to June 2010.

Looking back further, last month’s residential sales represent a 3.7 per cent increase over the 2,174 residential sales in July 2008, a 41.8 per cent decline compared to July 2007’s 3,873 sales, and a 17.5 per cent decline compared to July 2006’s 2,732 sales.

睇o左啦.好ok.依家搵經濟問緊少少o野.個strata 有renal restrictions.最怕買o左租唔到出去.到時要自己供樓.

我唔落offer 呀.因為我諗住買o黎收租.如果今年租到出年又唔比我出租.咁邊個幫我供樓?
你講得o岩,到我賣o既時候人o地都會諗呢樣o野.所以呢座大廈o既days on market 係比較長...

兩個都係RBC foreclosure,個人講得第一個係over prices,第二個係reasonable,不過衰在有rental restrictions
