so far positive cash flow

some 1+ million older homes in westside of vancouver can only rented for $3K, not able to cover mortgage at all... rent helps to pay some property tax only....

when i purchased the unit, the previous owner left the furniture, so i just rented it out furnished...
if someone needs to do it as unfurnished, i will dump the furniture...

i'm not looking down upon the applicants, just want to say that living in vancouver is so expensive for regular working people....
most buyers are really mainland chinese now, unknown income sources (?)
who the local working people can afford $2 million for just land value in westside of vancouver??
i'm working in DT, 90% of my work days, i bring lunch
restaurants are charging like crazy, my co-workers always go to "fresh bowl" on pacific blvd, asian style take out place, i have been there once, $11+HST for one curry tofu rice! just not worth to buy it....
everything is more expensive in DT, hot dog is $4.5 to $7 very easy...
