Fi Chai,
#201 and #301 are both facing West, covered by the next building in the west, and they are actually quite quiet, facing trees.
The building is a bit different than regular concrete high rise, Level 2 to PH levels are residential suites. There is a 5 levels concrete parkade structure in the site. Everyone has to park their cars in the parkade, and take elevator at 3/F to go to the suites.
That's why 3/F is the worst floor, where everyone in the building will pass through it!
No wonder #201 priced itself more expensive than #301

the main building has elevators from G/F to the PH level.
the parking structure has elevator from G/F to 5/F. However, people have to go to 3/F to switch elevator to the upper residential suites

Exactly. 8180 Granville Ave has the common rooms on G/F.
I'm looking for buildings with min facilities, as I'm not going to use them, and hoping to pay min strata fee. haha

only good thing for #301 is that people can park their car, and walk to the unit, without taking another elevator. haha.

No a foreclosure sale....
do you have any idea about 989 Nelson St Vancouver?
It's about 500SF, rental income $1400-1500 (unfinished), $1600-$1800 fully furnished. but the cons are no individual laundry, and no parking stall!
there are some units in MLS now, about $290-$320K range
