Try posting this cat's description and location on craigslist. It may be a lost cat!

I wish he's not a 流浪貓 too.  But it could be someone's cat that escaped through an open door or something.
If I were you, I'd post this on craigslist. Domestic cats are never safe outdoors. He could be ran over by a car, got attacked by a dog, or get into fights with other cats or other wild animals... My friend used to let his cat out roaming the neighborhood freely until one day the cat came back with blood covered ear and face....

That's why do not post the picture of this cat on craigslist; just post general descriptions  and area found. If any one claims to be the owner, ACC-HE can ask more specific questions. The owner should know the tatoo number too.  He can even tell that person he's taking the cat to SPCA and get the person to claim it there.

Helping lost pets find its way home is one of the greatest things you can do.

BTW, craigslist is good because its easy to use and in fact a lot of people who have lost/found a pet do post up there.
