Why would I want to eat snake soup here in Vancouver?
It is almost impossible to find any snake soup worth to eat here, the
proper snake soup should consist following components:
1. 5 varieties of snake meat
2. The snake bones for broth
3. the condiments:  Aromatic Chrysanthemum, lemon leaves and savory crisps
The snakes available here are frozen stale meat, there is no snake bone for broth,
and for the condiments, the Chrysanthemum is not meant for eating, the savory
crisps are just wonton skins.
I tried Shiang Garden, Jade, Floata, Sea Harbour and some other high end Chinese
restaurants and yet to find any worth to eat, why bother

Only the snake meat sold here taste like cardboard,
I ate many good snake dishes  in Hong Kong, Taiwan,
Singapore and Australia.
I once worked with a chef who is the son of Grand Master Wu,
who benchmarked  the famous 太史五蛇羹.
I can cook a 12 courses snake feast,  only if I can get my hands
on those snakes

It is not like  I want to solicit any biz here.
I have not been working in Chinese restaurant for 35 years,
and I'm not related to any Chinese restaurant selling snake dishes.
But I do like eating snakes, and snake bladder in rice wine.

Well, I lost grip on my Chinese Culinary flairs , by 60%, but still capable
to do consultation and training works for restaurants so I work in Chinese kitchens
as well, just not as a full time line cook.

Some one has been stalking me for 45 years!
I have been working  independently for the past 25 years
(I do contract assignments),
Even for large organizations , government agencies I would
only report to 1 supervisor.  I deal with public so lots of people
know me. Now I work on HACCP education assignment with Harper College in
Chicago , I'll need a travelling agent quick.
