I think  N. Korean, Cuban and some lowly African countries i.e. Sudan,Tanzania would echo China,  European countries I  can't really think of any.Does China have any real  influencing  allies on their side? Despite all the money they wasted trying to buy friendship. Especially this time when everyone know that Liu is innocent.
