    It takes too long to cook chicken legs from raw,
    the only solution is pressurized deepfryer, the one they
    used at KFC, 18 whole chicken legs in 9 minutes. Really juicy.
    Most fast food places would steam the chicken then fry, doesn't taste good    but convenience

    I was talking about the equipment, not KFC chicken.
   Average cacausians prefer KFC  while Asian prefer Churches.
   KFC have a more diversified menu, while Churches have fried chicken,
   different parts, same way, and the fries at Churches sucks.   Some Chinese BBQ shop sell whole chicken legs deepfried

In Shanghai, they do not use deepfryer for frying chicken any more.
High tech cooking with minimum  amount of fat( 1/2 tsp of oil per piece of chicken).
and fume-free.Yes, it is popular in china
