Went to Rainflower for Dimsum yesterday, en route to YVR
Food :mediocre, not the worst
Service:   Severely understaffed,
Only few tables of customers  by 11:30 am

I went to Rainflower when they start open.. coz I am a dim sum lover.. but I wont go back again... I dun mind the price as long as the food is good.. even the food is not good.. it HAS TO BE CLEANED!! ...
