I used to go to Pan Pacific, more for the ambience than food,
William Tell's Farmer Breakfast

i had a late lunch at Vera's burger. Don't think that count as brunch at all!

Are their burgers  good?  I don't usually eat burger, once I ordered at Feenie's,
but the one I had  at Ruth's Chris  Hyatt Grand Seattle was by far superior

Actually I think Ruth's Chris 's menu price is quite competitive in term of service, ambience and quality of food. The price is comparable to Hy's but the portion size
is quite generous. The  luncheon beef dip with a mesclun or caesar salad for US$12,
you do not get such deal at Cactus, Milestone or even White Spot.
I usually order ribeye steak and it is always fork-tender. And it is located at Hyatt Grand so the service is impeccable.

Yeah, the Morton and Gotham are expensive and inferior in term of quality
