I suspect $1 per cup of coffee would channeled to Mr. Fung's coffer,  and  likewise $2 per bowl of TW Beef Noodle Soup.

if that is real milk  and not butter milk, it's very hard to do.

Just pour milk in the glass, place a long spoon on the side of glass,
pour coffee on the back of the spoon.
It is not difficult if you have a pair of steady hands.

you dont need steady hands hahaha
just pour the espresso down the back of the spoon
just make sure the tip of the spoon lies close to the surface of the milk and don't poor too quickly
