How many Chinese owned restaurants have clean washrooms?
10, 20 out of 100 or less.
I asked the restaurant owners why can't they at least  keep the
washrooms clean, the answer is:
We do not have the resources and labour to do it,
but why? they pay the dishwashers/janitors very low salary

Any your favourite restaurants on the list?

Mostly likely no,
BTW, most of the Cha Chan Tang restaurants are really dirty.
The Curry Kxxg Burnaby is really bad too, Last time I met some clients
there, I washed my hands after placing order,  they put 2 bags of
rice on the floor in Men's Room, and 4 jugs of Bleach on top of
the rice.  No hand soap, paper towels, urine and tissues  on the floor it gross me out . We  left before the food arrived and never return.
They  probably never figure out why we left without notice

someone argued... she said "it's just the smell", not hygiene

But what causes the smell?
it is the urine on the floor/wall!!!
But sometime you go near public washroom, i.e. High school,
you smell weeds !!

Mak Un Kee's Wonton is quite expensive, $ 6 for a tiny bowl,
yet it is not clean

Like allowing the toddlers to pee in the hand-basins?
My wife tells me she witness that happen frequently in
Chinese shopping malls.
And one thing I feel ashame:
there are always notes posted on the washroom wall:
PLEASE REFRAIN FROM CROUGING ON THE TOILET SEAT
who would have done that? not Japs, East Indians or Africans
