I don't know why all the  novice news casters on both Chinese radio are so badly trained.They keep boasting how good the instructors are but the outcome are just unprofessional.
Is it the qualification problem of the students or the senior broadcasters  as well?

    Fairxxxxx makes tons of money for sure,
    but she gets good  Red Packet for  talking without even looking at the script,
    quite often she mixed up restaurant names and the featuring items.
    How 'bout $1000 cash for a restaurant and she promote 4 restaurants a month?
    does it sound good to you for side job? plus the emcee jobs and other fringe
    benefits. I think she makes more money than anyone else in local Chinese media

Many restaurants I know use the FC Radio advertising and that's what
they expect to pay on top of the ad fee.
That's what I said, she is the only one making good money from the position.
