I did not say Carver is very good,
I just replied to the question for steak house.
However, I do not go to steak house often because
I really cut down on red meat.
And, besides steak, the menu selection would be very
limited on a steak house menu.
The last time I went to Gotham was 3 years ago.
Younger consumers go to Keg for gatherings,
the atmosphere is great for the crowd they cater to,
so they are successful for identifying and pleasing their clients.
But for me, the quality is standard but nothing to rave about,
and I do not find it comfortable for a proper dining. I do not
find their menu interesting, I do not like their mega size drink,
and way too loud for me. It is my own problem.
I do, however, attend dinner meeting 6-8 time monthly, even it is usually boring.
My favorite place for dinner: La Belle Auberge, will be going 3 times
before election.
It is good old steak house, but not much choice other than big steak, appetizers and desserts are very boring.
Price wise, it is a bit less expensive than Vancouver, US wines are quite inexpensive
