Zhao was confined until his death, what law did he violate?
How can a "Modern, Civilized and democratic" government  imprision an elected top leader(or second highest in rank) for 18 year without a trial?
What kind of constitution is that other than a joke?
I never deny the economic achievement made by CCP, but the wealth also created
many corrupted officials,  many of the richest people in China gain their wealth through their relationship with high power, and the top officials' families involved in mega projects  and form their financial networks.
Do you think that Lai Chong Xing would success without the corrupted high officials?
And many rich merchants got into scandals with senior CCP members
