The little Red tastes quite good, however, it is the nostalgia.
In Vancouver, my choice would be the "Freybe European Wiener", not other brand would do.

That would be smokies, you can have Jalapeno or bacon too,
but they are saltier and coarser in texture.
They are cheaper too $ 7 per kilo vs $12 per kilo for European Wieners (Freybe)
#23 & #24, they are totally different product compare to the
authentic Chinese tiny Red Sausage, the Garlic sausage is too
rough, only good for Polasks, the Philippine Red sausages are
dyed in blood colour, uncooked and way too sweet.
