Almost all supermarkets, Superstore and Save On Food for sure,
Safeway too. I do something slightly different, I get some pasta sheet and cut into
4" square, the texture of the wrappers would be more chewy and less
fragile. If you use all pork(no vegetables) you will have to cook them longer
then the regular wrappers would melt into the water.
I have the pasta sheets specially make that I use for lasagne. for up to 400 people.
so I always have some at home.
In term of ground pork or beef, try to get the extra coarse grind,
the one they use in Dim Sum Kitchen or Sausage making.
The texture would be much be better.(I buy mine from Italian butchers)
It would be cheaper and more different brands to choose from if you go to
Chinese supermarkets.
The extra coarse grind you need to go to butchery, the meat shop at
Richmond Public Market neat the escalator has the large plate( I saw it)
usually you have to ask for it.
It would be cheaper if you buy a good size pork shoulder(Cha Siu Pork)
and ask them to put it through the large grinding plate. it is almost like
hand-cut meat with no unwanted filler.
With the pork, add some grated ginger, tapioca starch, soy sauce, sugar,
sesame oil and you are ready to go. Just read the pictures above for
folding technique, it is so easy.
The "Lean Ground Pork" is actually ground pork shoulder without
filler. The pre-ground one is finer in texture but still good.
The regular ground pork is way too fatty and they may put offals in it,
very greasy and pasty.

I lb of ground pork plus seasonings would make 30-36 wontons,
you can put some woodear fungus for crunchiness.
For bunnies add a handful of grated carrots too.
Is the bunny made with White or Dark Chocolate?

If you want to use Chinese celery, taste a little first, sometimes it would be bitter or too fibery. Just chop it fine. Watercress is good too.
For 1 Lb of ground pork, 1.5 Tablespoonful of light soya sauce, 1 tsp sugar
and 2 tsp of tapioca starch, 3 tsp grated ginger, mix together one direction,
add some sesame seed oil and that's it
You don't have to throw away the meat filling,
you can roll it into balls and boil in soup,
steam meat patties, or panfry with eggs.
70 wontons, mmm, too little filling
