酸梅 is merely pickled plums in salt  brine,
plum sauce is a finished sauce, ready to use

1/2 Cup Cake Flour
1/4  Cup Mochiko (Sweet Rice Flour)
1/3  tsp  Baking Powder
1/2 tsp  Salt
1            Eggwhite, beaten with fork
3/4 Cup   Soda water or beer
