I like sushi boat better than all-you-can-eat sushi.

Assorted sushi is good, but forget the boat or any wooden vessels, THEY DO NOT GO INTO DISHWASHER the ceramic engineers would just give them a rinse then put aside to dry.

I always ask the server to put my food on plate or platter, no novelty items,
no sizzling plate, pineapple fried rice without the pineapple shell etc. to be safe.

how about the oyster shells?

Once I went to a Lofan seafood buffet, just to find out they stuffed the bottled
oysters into the recycled  oyster shells, why? the oysters were oversized in proportion to the shells, and the taste is totally off.

All-you-can-eat sushi is getting more expensive and you need to add extra money for limited piece of sashimi....
