What law?
The spirit of any law is based on equality, and everyone in the country
should respect and abide,  no matter how high his position is.
To this date, there are more officials breaking the "law" than the civilians.
Do not make fun of Canadian army when you are living here, in your
belove country China, you will be convicted as treason and anti-revolutionary
spreading of propaganda etc. and jailed for live.
